Getting People to Hear You!

What do you think is the most important aspect of your brand?

Is it the name?

Is it the logo?

Is it the details?

Well… It’s none of those.

It’s your message.

So if you’re trying to improve your brand as an agent or broker, the first question you should ask is this:

What message should you use?

Keep in mind that your message should define your brand.

It’s what you will use to create your “I Help statement” and your Facebook banner…

And it’s the premise of every content that you’ll create.

Every post, every campaign, and every single thing that’s associated with your brand should resonate with your message.

So, if you don’t have a clear message…

It’ll be hard to establish your real estate business.

You won’t be able to attract the people that need your help.

And therein lies the problem that a lot of coaches that I encounter struggle with:

Not knowing what their message is.

They have a badass business name and logo…

But since they don’t have a great message…

They can’t make anyone move forward to use their services.

Now, this begs the question:

How can you create a million-dollar message?

I used to think that the right message focuses on the services that I offer.

It’s all about the solution… Right?

As it turns out, I was wrong.

An effective brand message talks about the problem prospects are having.

See, humans are like problem-seeking machines.

If you ask someone how their day went…

Their answer usually revolves around what went wrong.

We focus more on problems than what goes right in our lives.

That’s how we’re naturally programmed to react.

Maybe it’s our way of protecting ourselves.

We always scan for problems to identify threats that we need to protect ourselves from.

So, if humans are naturally problem-seekers…

Your brand message should revolve around the problems of your target niche!

If you can articulate your niche’s problems better than they can…

They’ll think that you know the solution and that they can come to you for help.

So, make sure your message is all about problems.

That’s key to a million-dollar message.
