Time Suckers

If you had an extra hour in the day, how would you like to spend it? 

That’s a challenging question because it’ll reveal a lot about your current priorities… And it’s also a great indicator of what’s eating away at most of your time as well. For the busy real estate agent, some of the biggest “time-sucking vampires” are as follows: 

  • Cold calling
  • Prospecting
  • Door Knocking
  • Networking events
  • “Pop Bys”
  • Begging & chasing after unmotivated leads

And when I speak one-on-one with most agents, I get a real sense that they would do anything to get away from these sorts of activities.

But it’s all too easy to start falling into the “time trap,” which can make it feel like you can’t invest energy into learning a better way.
